Matthew Coley

Director & Civil Design Engineer

Matthew is a co-founder and Director of AquaVera Engineering, where he co-leads the company’s technical and strategic direction. He has delivered highway and drainage designs for residential developments of all sizes across the UK, working closely with national housebuilders and developers. Matthew is committed to ensuring clients receive clear communication, efficient solutions, and engineering designs that stand up to both regulatory and practical requirements

Dee Abbiss

Finance & Compliance Manager

Dee plays a central role in keeping AquaVera Engineering running smoothly. From managing finances and insurance to securing key accreditations such as SMAS, she ensures the business is well-organised and fully compliant.
